On 29 October 2015, the annual RIVM innovation day was held. The first digital RIVM magazine about innovation was released, and the innovation award presented.
In October 2015, TNS Nipo carried out a study into RIVM’s brand awareness and corporate image. The biannual corporate identity survey took place for the seventh time.
The RIVM Academy offers work study programmes to groups of employees, in which the sharing of knowledge, the development and safeguarding of RIVM specific knowledge and skills related to the strategic themes of RIVM take centre stage.
On 14 August 2015, the design for the new accommodation for RIVM and CBG achieved the highest BREEAM sustainability certificate.
RIVM is located at Science Park Bilthoven (SPB). On behalf of the owner, Bilthoven Biologicals (BBio), the environmental permit for all parties at the Science Park Bilthoven is managed by the Anthonie van Leeuwenhoek ground (Alt) foundation, where user compliance with the permit is monitored.
